How to Get Your Momentum Going. Ride that Wave!
Once you start procrastinating, it is hard not to stop.
In the same way, I’ve found putting a burst of energy early on in the day can carry you forward even when you feel tired.
The difference can often be dramatic. By intentionally creating momentum early in your day you can often accomplish more by noon than you would working late into the evening on other days. Although there is no perfect recipe for building momentum, you have to do what works best and take action!
Enthusiasm is the energy and force that builds literal momentum of the human soul and mind. ~ Bryant H. McGill
It’s important to get your momentum going. Momentum is very important to understand and recognize when you are moving towards your goals. When you start to feel the momentum, the key is to keep it going and learn how to crank it up a few notches as well. The most important aspect of creating momentum is taking clear decisive action.
When you start to take action and the wheels of the momentum kick in, you will raise your vibration and your action leads to more action and you start to open up so that more great things can come into your life.
Creating momentum in your life requires increasing the things that move you forward and decreasing those that hold you back. Sounds like it’s easy; but I know, just like you do, that living the life that we desire is not always easy to achieve. You will have roadblocks to overcome. But by creating momentum, you can move past those obstacles and move toward the life you want.
Momentum, by its nature, requires a lot of upfront push to get the ball rolling.
Momentum is elusive. You can feel it, lose it, gain it and gather it. But what is it? In science, if something is moving, it is said to have momentum. Momentum is more than just moving. Momentum is a mental shift.
It is a gratifying sense of progression that gives your life stamina, inspiration, joy and oomph! When it’s working, elusive or not, momentum can be an amazing and abundant force for change in your life.
